If it doesn’t show up when you refresh your email, then it might be hiding. I promise, I did send it! But sometimes the emails get lost on the way. 

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you use Gmail, check your other inbox tabs, as it may have been delivered to a different folder, like “Promotions.”
